We are happy to provide a free return and full refund for any undamaged items as long as you contact at erin@pulpco.us within one week after your order is delivered. Your full refund does not include the initial cost of shipping the item to you. You may initiate a return for up to 30 days, but we will not be able to provide the return label and can refund in store credit only

We do our best to make sure your order is perfect before it ships out, but if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us. All items purchased on sale arefinal sale

Many of our new/first-time products are sold as pre-orders. We always mark the product title and description of pre-ordered items. If you order a ready-to-ship item and a pre-ordered item together, your order will not ship until the pre-ordered item is ready. If you want your ready-to-ship item to ship first, please place separate orders.

We ship our products worldwide and provide as many shipping options for our International customers as possible. Although it is the most affordable option, First-Class Package Service is not recommended if a timely delivery is important. The time it takes for your order to arrive is not within our control.

Our caps are printed with water based inks. The best way to clean these items is to spot clean, rinse with cold water and hang to dry.

We are committed to ethical production that does not exploit any laborer or waste any natural resource. Our fabrics are printed locally and made by hand in New England.
